Challenge
Technology firm, software licensing dispute risk
A Singapore-based SaaS company had been operating for two years under terms of service that had been copied and lightly edited from a US-based template. When a major customer flagged several provisions as unenforceable under Singapore law, they needed a full review before renewing the contract.
Solution
Plexura reviewed all existing terms, identified four provisions that required restructuring for Singapore, and redrafted the full agreement. A clause-by-clause summary was provided alongside the final document, which the client used in their renewal negotiations.

Challenge
