All legal services are provided subject to a written Engagement Terms document agreed with each client before work commences. The Engagement Terms prevail in the event of any conflict with these website Terms and Conditions.

Use of information on this website does not create a solicitor-client relationship between you and Plexura. A solicitor-client relationship is only established upon execution of written Engagement Terms.

Fees for each service are set out on the Solutions page and are stated in Singapore Dollars (SGD). Specific fees, payment terms, and any applicable disbursements will be confirmed in the Engagement Terms for each matter.

If additional scope arises beyond what is covered by the agreed fee, this will be discussed and agreed with you in writing before any additional work commences. We do not charge for additional scope without your prior approval.

Payment terms will be specified in the Engagement Terms. Late payment may result in suspension of work on the matter.

Liability arising from client engagements is subject to the terms set out in the applicable Engagement Terms and our professional indemnity insurance coverage.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Plexura against any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your use of this website in a manner that violates these Terms and Conditions or applicable law.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement in accordance with the Engagement Terms. Plexura reserves the right to terminate this website's availability at any time without notice. Upon termination of an engagement, all obligations that have arisen remain in effect.

12. Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising from use of this website or these terms shall first be addressed through good-faith informal discussion. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes may be referred to the Singapore Courts, which shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction.

Disputes arising from client engagements are subject to the dispute resolution provisions set out in the applicable Engagement Terms.

13. General Provisions

• Entire Agreement: These Terms and Conditions, together with any applicable Engagement Terms, constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter.
• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
• Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
• Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via this website. Continued use of the website following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The effective date at the top of this page reflects when the current version took effect.
